TOXICOLOGICAL PROFILES OF PESTICIDES
USED IN WINE GRAPE PRODUCTION
The pesticides highlighted in the following toxicological profiles are used to grow wine grapes in Sonoma and Napa Counties. It is not a comprehensive list; adjuvants (additives which aid pesticide application) and many lesser used pesticide formulations are not profiled in this report.
As the facts presented here demonstrate, adverse information about the pesticides used to grow wine grapes is extensive, and warrants a focused effort to eliminate unnecessary use of the toxic chemicals.
