The Poisoning of PG&E Power Poles

Keep PG&E poisons off your property!

  • The Notification Letter to PG&E - Notify PG&E that you deny permission to bring poison onto your property! Anyone can fill out and send this notification letter. Send the letter certified mail to PG&E for documented proof of mailing. Also mail a copy to CATs so we can send a copy to local representatives and the Public Utilities Commission. If you or anyone you know has problems downloading extra copies off this web site, we would be more than happy to mail some by request.
  • Declaration Questionnaire - For those individuals who have had their poles or area around their poles treated with pesticides by PG&Eís contractors Davey Tree or Provco please fill this out. This is also for people who did not have a personal encounter with the contractors, but did have their poles treated without being informed. Check for a silver dollars size notification sign on the pole to see when and if a treatment has been completed on your poles. By answering these questions CATs will be able to create a declaration letter of your experience. These letters are an expansion of the circulating petitions and will be sent to PG&E, PUC, and local representatives once we gather around 50 declarations. The declaration will be based on your answers in the questionnaire. CATs will mail you the declaration to sign and send back to us. (55 kb PDF File)
  • Petition - Help stop the use of poison in and around power poles by signing this petition today! Circulate the petition within your neighbors, friends, and family. Donít forget to mail these back to CATs when they are all filled out. Just like the declarations and PG&E notification letter the more petitions we obtain the more political clout we have against PG&E.
